Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a tagine or large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add potatoes, broth, and spices.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  5. Simmer for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add green peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
