Description

Moo Goo Gai Pan is a popular Chinese dish made with chicken and mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
