Description

A delightful mint Oreo parfait perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of mint Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of mint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the mint Oreo cookies and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add mint extract and food coloring to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  5. Layer the crushed Oreos and mint cream mixture in a glass.
  6. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  7. Top with whipped cream and a mint Oreo for garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
