A delightful mint Oreo parfait perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 package of mint Oreo cookies
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of mint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the mint Oreo cookies and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add mint extract and food coloring to the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Layer the crushed Oreos and mint cream mixture in a glass.
- Repeat layers until glasses are full.
- Top with whipped cream and a mint Oreo for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free Oreos for a gluten-free option.
- Adjust the mint extract to your taste.
- Can be made a day in advance.
