Mini Taco Cups are a fun and easy appetizer perfect for parties.

- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and stir well.
- Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin.
- Fill each wrapper with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
- Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
