Description

Mini Taco Cups are a fun and easy appetizer perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
  4. Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin.
  5. Fill each wrapper with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy.
  8. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, sour cream, and green onions.

Notes

  • You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated.
