Description

These mini lavender blackberry cheesecakes are a delightful dessert that combines floral notes with tart berries.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp culinary lavender
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lavender; mix well.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
  7. Top each cheesecake with blackberries.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
