Description
Mini Lahmacun Bites are small Turkish flatbreads topped with a flavorful meat mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 grams ground lamb or beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, cook onion until soft. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Add tomato, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Roll out dough and cut into small circles.
- Top each circle with the meat mixture.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use minced lamb for a more authentic flavor.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve warm for best results.
