Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each pastry circle.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
