- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each pastry circle.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
