- 1 package mini bell peppers, halved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Stuff each mini bell pepper half with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
