Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chai spice.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill mini muffin cups about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let muffins cool.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla bean paste until smooth.
  9. Drizzle glaze over muffins before serving.
