Description

Mini baked parmesan potato rounds are crispy, cheesy snacks made from thinly sliced potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the potato slices in the olive oil mixture.
  5. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the potato slices.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
