Mini baked parmesan potato rounds are crispy, cheesy snacks made from thinly sliced potatoes.

- 2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato slices in the olive oil mixture.
- Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the potato slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
