Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the milk and heavy cream, stirring until warm.
  5. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute over the top.
  9. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy finish.
