Description

A healthy and flavorful pasta dish with Mediterranean vegetables and olives.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add olives, oregano, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
