Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, zucchinis, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and toss to coat.
