- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture onto the chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and arrange lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
