Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the pizza sauce and Italian seasoning.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  6. Combine the pasta with the meat mixture in a large bowl.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
