- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 8 oz pasta, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add bell peppers, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the pizza sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Combine the pasta with the meat mixture in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
