- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
