- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken until browned.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
