A deliciously moist and flavorful marbled banana bread made without any animal products.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, almond milk, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Divide the batter in half. Mix cocoa powder into one half.
- In a greased loaf pan, alternate layers of banana and chocolate batter.
- Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
