Description
A classic marble bundt cake with a rich chocolate and vanilla flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Divide the batter in half. Mix cocoa powder into one half.
- Spoon the batters alternately into the prepared pan.
- Swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This cake can be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Serve with whipped cream or powdered sugar on top.
