Description

A layered dessert featuring pumpkin cheesecake, maple syrup, and pecans.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 box of ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
  3. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. In a trifle dish, layer ladyfingers at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of the pumpkin cheesecake mixture.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle pecans.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  8. Top with remaining whipped cream and pecans.
  9. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
