Delicious maple-flavored donut bars topped with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar for glaze
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and prepare the glaze.
- Mix powdered sugar and maple syrup until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Adjust sweetness of glaze to your preference.
