Delicious bite-sized pancakes with a hint of maple flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and maple syrup.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
Notes
- Serve warm with extra maple syrup.
- Can be made without bacon for a vegetarian option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
