Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the mangoes and red bell pepper.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño.
  3. Chop the fresh cilantro.
  4. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  5. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
  6. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
