Description
Fresh and zesty mango salsa perfect for tacos or as a dip.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice the mangoes and red bell pepper.
- Finely chop the red onion and jalapeño.
- Chop the fresh cilantro.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Add lime juice and salt to taste.
- Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
- Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
