Description
Mango sago is a refreshing dessert made with mangoes, sago pearls, and coconut milk.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sago pearls
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Soak sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
- Boil 1/2 cup water in a pot.
- Add soaked sago pearls and cook for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- Combine coconut milk and sugar in a bowl.
- Add cooked sago and mix well.
- Fold in diced mangoes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for better flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Can be served with additional mango pieces on top.
