Description

Mango sago is a refreshing dessert made with mangoes, sago pearls, and coconut milk.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sago pearls
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Soak sago pearls in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil 1/2 cup water in a pot.
  3. Add soaked sago pearls and cook for 10-15 minutes until translucent.
  4. Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
  5. Combine coconut milk and sugar in a bowl.
  6. Add cooked sago and mix well.
  7. Fold in diced mangoes.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe mangoes for better flavor.
  • Adjust sugar to taste.
