Description
A classic macaroni salad with a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard.
- Add celery, bell pepper, onion, and cooled macaroni.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Can add diced pickles for extra flavor.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
