Description

A classic macaroni salad with a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard.
  4. Add celery, bell pepper, onion, and cooled macaroni.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss to combine.
