Description

A comforting twist on classic meatloaf with mac and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, cooked macaroni, cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
