Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in pureed strawberries, sour cream, and flour until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
