- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cheese, onion, salsa, egg, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with additional salsa if desired.
