Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
  5. Combine the beef mixture, bacon, pickles, and cheese in a baking dish.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
