A hearty low carb bacon cheeseburger casserole that is easy to make.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Combine the beef mixture, bacon, pickles, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
