- 2 cooked lobsters
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the meat from the cooked lobsters and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until thickened.
- Add the lobster meat, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
- Fill the lobster shells with the mixture and top with grated Gruyère cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
