- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 pound cooked sausage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer tortilla chips in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Spread cooked sausage over the chips.
- Pour egg mixture over the sausage and chips.
- Top with cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños, and green onions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
