Description

A hearty pasta dish combining the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked bacon to the skillet and stir.
  4. Mix in the cream cheese and beef broth until smooth.
  5. Stir in the ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
