Instructions
- Combine lentil flour, whole wheat flour, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix yeast, water, and olive oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
