Ingredients

- 1 cup lentils, cooked
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked lentils, olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
- Replace all-purpose flour with gluten-free flour if needed.
