Ingredients
- Pizza Dough: 1 lb (store-bought or homemade)

- Lemon Zest: From 1 large lemon
- Arugula: 2 cups, washed and dried

Instructions
- Prepare the dough by letting store-bought dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or knead homemade dough for 5-7 minutes and let it rise for an hour.
