Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies – 15.5 oz (about 36 cookies)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter – melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese – softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Additional lemon zest – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by pulsing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter.
  2. Spoon the Oreo mixture into cups and press down to form a crust.
