- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
