Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond flour, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- You can roll the balls in additional coconut for garnish.
