Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add lemon juice.
