Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add lemon juice.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
