Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the crust.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
