Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, heavy cream, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest.
