Ingredients

- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and spread blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
