Description

A simple and delicious lasagna flatbread recipe that combines traditional lasagna flavors with a quick flatbread base.


Ingredients

  • Flatbreads – 4 pieces
  • Ricotta cheese – 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 2 cups
  • Ground beef – 1 pound
  • Marinara sauce – 2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup
  • Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread a layer of ricotta cheese on each flatbread.
  5. Add a layer of the beef mixture on top of the ricotta.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the beef.
  7. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
