Description

Korean spinach salad made in two different styles.


Ingredients

  • Spinach – 200g
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Chili flakes – optional

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the spinach under cold water.
  3. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
  4. Add the spinach to the bowl and toss well.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. For the second style, add chili flakes for a spicy kick.

Notes

  • Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.
