Description
Korean spinach salad made in two different styles.
Ingredients
- Spinach – 200g
- Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Chili flakes – optional
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the spinach under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Add the spinach to the bowl and toss well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- For the second style, add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
