A delicious Korean BBQ steak bowl with marinated beef, rice, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
- In bowls, layer cooked rice, sliced steak, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the marinating time for a stronger flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
