Description

A delicious Korean BBQ steak bowl with marinated beef, rice, and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
