Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, egg, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- For the dip, mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha to taste for spice level.
- Chill dip before serving for better flavor.
