Description

Korean BBQ meatballs served with a spicy mayo dip.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, egg, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. For the dip, mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs hot with spicy mayo dip.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to taste for spice level.
  • Chill dip before serving for better flavor.
