Description
Grilled chicken marinated in a citrus blend for a tropical flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour marinade over it.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges.
- Great with a side of rice or salad.
