Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, eggs, and lime zest.
  6. Pour the lime mixture over the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
