A low-carb pizza crust made with zucchini.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix zucchini, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Add your favorite toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
