- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon erythritol (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, erythritol, and black pepper.
- Mix well to ensure the beef is coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli florets to the slow cooker.
- Stir gently to combine and cover again until broccoli is cooked.
- Serve hot.
